LEAH PENNA: Leah is the founder of FP Assistance, which started in 1995 with just a few daycare centers. She has been involved in the state food program for over 12 years. She knows the food program "inside and out". Leah has worked with many state contract managers throughout the years, and loves to counsel daycare centers about the food program, and train new centers as they join us!
RILEY PENNA: Riley is the President and Chairman of the Board. Riley has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado. He was the Colorado Regional Manager for Wallick & Volk Bank prior to joining FP in 1998. He handles all accounting involvements, and business management issues.

ALVA: Alva is Vice President of Field Operations, and the manager of our Houston office. Alva has been involved in the food program for many years, and is excellent at training new centers, helping our current centers understand the requirements, and introducing the program to new centers. Rarely will someone have a question about the food program that Alva cannot answer!
CONNIE: Connie is Vice President of Home Office Operations. She sees that the "paperwork happens" each month...and there is a lot of it! We process the paperwork for over 23,000 children, over 350 daycare centers, and over 1,000,000 meals per month! Connie also supervises our "Attendance" and "Enrollment" forms processing.

Our AWESOME staff processes the paperwork for over 350 daycare centers, and 23,000 children on our sponsorship. The staff consists of people who count attendance forms, process income documentation, check receipts, call centers for late paperwork, help cooks understand the food program, train daycare staff, process CN labels, check menus and food portions, and many other functions that ensure that government funds GET TO THE PLATE of the children the program is designed to serve!!! It takes a trained crew of "field operations" personnel, "office operations" personnel, "accounting and auditing" personnel, and "management" personnel to sponsor the food program efficiently. God has blessed us with many talented and excellent people! As the President of FP...I know each and every person at our company is as important to this company as I am...our centers are in the hands of a great team!
